What is a Myofacial Massage?
According to Tara, a myofacial Release specifically works on the fascia, which is a type of connective tissue that wraps and connects muscles, bones, organs and nerves. With increased stress levels and tension in our muscles, fascia can become restricted and tight. This in turn can lead to pain, stiffness and other physical ailments.
