As a single mom, it can be hard enough to balance your job, household responsibilities and parenting. However, if you’re also dealing with emotional abuse from an ex husband, the stress can be overwhelming. Fortunately, I created a support group just for women who have endured emotional abuse to create a safe space for understanding and healing. Survivors can get the support and encouragement they need, so it’s possible to gain strength, perspective and heal your heart. You deserve to find the peace in your life that you so desire– so you don’t feel like you are all alone and have no one to turn to. I’m here to let you know that I created an online support group so you can be with other survivors who understand and get you. No one should ever feel like they are alone. You deserve encouragement, support and understanding along the way!
Emotional abuse can have long-lasting effects on a person’s mental and emotional well-being. It can cause low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and even physical health problems. I say this, because I experienced it all. This is why seeking support from others who have gone through similar experiences is so important in the healing process. I am here for you!
By joining the group, you will be able to connect with others who understand how complex emotional abuse really is. You will no longer feel alone in your struggles and can find comfort in knowing that there are people who believe you and are here to support you.
My emotional abuse support group is a safe (as safe as Facebook can be), comforting and a non-judgmental space for survivors to learn how to heal and receive validation, support, and guidance. As a survivor, I lead the group however, I am not a trained professional or Dr. What I do have is first hand life experience who has been through it. My passion is to help women heal from emotional abuse and thrive financially. Did I mention I was an AFC (Accredited Financial Counselor)? I am here to help you with your finances too, starting with the saving and spending plan. I do love talking about money!
In addition to receiving emotional support, joining the online support group can also offer practical advice on how to cope with the effects of emotional abuse, such as healing your heart, building self-esteem, coping tools, self care, finances and more. You will also have the opportunity to build a network of support and gain valuable insights from others who have gone through similar experiences.
When you are ready, join my support group on Facebook, called Single Moms Money & Emotions: THRIVING after Emotional Abuse. You will be required to answer a few questions before being approved to join the group, as I want to ensure that everyone feels safe and respected within our community. This group is for women only.
Remember, you are not alone in your experience of emotional abuse. By joining this support group, you will find a sense of belonging and understanding that can aid in your healing journey. Don’t hesitate to reach out for help – you deserve to live a life free from the pain of emotional abuse. You are strong, resilient, and deserve of love and support. Let me help you on your path towards healing and happiness. Together, we can overcome the effects of emotional abuse and create a brighter future for ourselves and our children. So if it’s safe for you, join my online support group today.😊
