Create a Spa-Like Environment at Home with Young Living Essential Oils

Who doesn’t love the feeling or in my case dreaming of being pampered at a spa? I personally could live at a spa! So, here’s how I created spa-like environment in my office, bedroom & bathroom using Young Living essential oils? Let’s look at how easy it is to turn your home into a relaxing oasis in just three simple steps. Wanting to buy a house as a single mom? Here’s how I saved to buy a house on my own.

Step One: Get Yourself a Diffuser

The first step to creating a spa-like atmosphere is getting yourself a diffuser. For example, a diffuser works by adding distilled water and essential oils into the reservoir. Next, turn the diffuser on to disperse the aroma into the air. As a result, you can enjoy the aroma without having to apply them directly to your skin. There are several types of diffusers available, from traditional tabletop models, like the Desert Mist or if you want a more fancy one check out the Aria Diffuser. In addition, there are car diffusers (ore use a clothespin like me) and even portable USB models. Whichever type you choose, just make sure it’s compatible with Young Living essential oils!

Step Two: Choose Your Essential Oils

The second step is selecting some essential oils for your diffuser. Additionally, Young Living essential oils are all natural, so they won’t irritate your skin or your nose like synthetic fragrances can. Not to mention, there are plenty of blends available that promote relaxation and well-being. Furthermore, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you don’t like specific scent you can return it. 😊 Some popular choices I love and have used include lavender, Bloom, Inner Child and peppermint—all perfect for creating a calming atmosphere. And if you want something more energizing, try Tangerine or Lemon – I love combining different aromas and experimenting with them!

Step Three: Enjoy the Aroma and Relaxation

Choose your favorite essential oil or blend(s) and place them in the diffuser. Now, sit back, relax and enjoy! As the relaxing aroma fills the room, take some time out for yourself and let go of any worries or stressors that may be on your mind. Take ten minutes to relax on the couch after work, create a spa like environment in your bathroom – (Youtube video) or enjoy the lavender aroma all night long to promote better sleep like me. Given these points, you can easily create a routine you enjoy and have something to look forward to every single day.

With these simple steps in mind, you can turn any space into an oasis using Young Living essential oils! All you need is a diffuser, some oil blends of your choice (or create one yourself by mixing your favorite oils!) and some dedicated “me” time each day.
